Students from Indiana University South Bend discuss what they have learned about Indiana’s 2022 primary and general election, including key registration and voting deadlines, important rules and regulations, who’s on the 2022 primary ballot, which races are contested, and how to learn more about the candidates on your ballot before you cast your vote. Join the American Democracy Project’s @IUSBVotes Team to learn everything you need to know as a voter and partner in making democracy work! Get the information you need about upcoming candidate forums, the new Vote411 Online Voter Guide, and more so that you can educate your friends and neighbors this election season. All information is strictly non-partisan and designed to be used by people from all partisan and ideological backgrounds. Students Jamie Adams, Nevaeh Mendoza, Reyna Montalva, Amanda Ross, and James Schultz will provide this information and explain how they are creating a campus-wide Democratic Action Plan and how you (and the organizations you support) can do this, too! Join us – and bring a friend! Moderator: Elizabeth Bennion, Chancellor’s Professor of Political Science & American Democracy Project Director at Indiana University South Bend.
