What is this?
Join us for a live televised candidate forum featuring all five candidates running in the 2023 Democratic Party primary to claim one of three at large seats on the South Bend Common Council.
This event will be held in Indiana University South Bend's Wiekamp Hall (room 1001). Park in the attached parking garage and walk straight in! Please arrive no later than 6:45 P.M. to find a seat and settle in before the cameras start rolling. Stay after the debate for a light reception and networking with the candidates.
Propose questions for the candidates by emailing iusbadp@iusb.edu.
NOTE: Our office-specific candidate debates and forums feature candidates running in high profile CONTESTED primary races. While these candidate events focus on contested primary and general election races, ALL candidates across St. Joseph County are encouraged to participate in the Vote411 online voter guide.
